ABOUT ME . . .
As a journalist with nearly 40 years’ editing experience on national newspapers and magazines, including editing a number of books, I care passionately about the quality of communications.

I believe that I can help you reach your target audience more effectively. A letter full of literals is a missed opportunity to make the right impression and to forge a useful relationship. A brochure or website that adopts the wrong tone or language is not going to win over your target audience.
Businesses cannot afford to make those mistakes.
And with such a dizzying array of ever-changing social media options, it is hard to know where to start. So let me help you.

Now that so many companies are trying to leave Covid-19 firmly in the rear-view mirror and rebuild after this prolonged and unwelcome hiatus, communicating effectively is more important than ever.
Let me help you get your message out to existing and new clients and customers while you get back to business. I can help with letters, press releases, websites or social media - whatever it takes to get you back up and running.
When I am not writing and scouring copy, or consulting on marketing and communications, I am often out on my bike or walking with my faithful canine companion.
My other interests include rugby, water polo, football, mentoring, mental health issues, the world of work (particularly for women).
If you would like to know how I can help you get the most out of your communications, please email fiona@messageeditorial.com.
